She worked so hard to make sure we found the perfect place for our family. When I would ask for help I never got the help I needed. I met Murphy through my job at Tommy Terrifics Car Wash and as soon I asked her for help she jumped on board ASAP! She made sure all the properties were within the Plano area close to my job and fit all my criteria. She is always hands on, attentive, and through. When I saved my top 5 properties I got an unexpected response same day from her saying she contacted all the properties for availability and details and kept me in the loop. After that she personally went and checked the properties out, took videos and sent me updates recommending whether the property suited me or not. With my work schedule it was hard for me to do these things but she had no issue going out of her way! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! After I chose a property she helped with the application process, went over the details and when I thought the property charged me an extra fee she called them and resolved the situation (i was just confused about the fees). Once I sent my application in and received my lease she went over EVERYTHING page by page explaining all the ins and outs. It truly was an amazing experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for Murphy helping me find my first home.
